The colorful pattern used in this unique plate is an imitation of the Ikat technique of making fabric patterns. If you look closer at the surface, you notice that it's not flat. The colorful squares are placed in two different planes, so you can see the volume inside the glass body. In addition to this visual effect, you can feel "fabric-like" surface.
The edges of the plate are ground and polished. The plate is food safe, and you may use a dishwasher at your own risk.
