A wall clock "Christmas tree"
Just look at this clock. The very first you think is a Christmas tree. I agree, it doesn't look like a tree. but when you look at it you feel this holiday. The colorful striped diamonds remind about Christmas presents and ornaments. Hour dots look like tiny lights on a Christmas tree. And sparkling dark green body reminds about snow and a dark green spruce.
This clock is made of art glass. Various glass pieces were fused together in a kiln at a temperature close to 1500F. Then it was shaped using a special mould. If you look at the clock from the side you don't see its movement. The clock has a hook at the back side, so you can easily hang it using a nail or a screw.
There are no numbers, but it's not a problem for time reading.
This clock is battery powered and very precise. Almost no maintenance required: simply change time in Spring and Fall to follow DST. Battery usually lasts 1.5-2 years depending on brand.
