In this original boat-shaped plate I used just three colors: White, Black and Medium Grey. They combined like a warped checkers board. The lines are not straight but repeat the shape of the edges rotated at various angles. The resultant combination looks like an intersection of several boat shapes. Each cell is separated from their neighbors. with thin black lines.
The edges of the plate are ground and polished.
