For this bowl I used a "diagonal chevrons" technique of glass fusing. The bowl is composed of colorful chevrons halves aligned to the bowl's diagonal. Chevron halves are placed in different layers and that makes them "3D".
Bowl rims are double curved. Some chevrons are distorted to stress the curves. The handmade nature of the glass is proven by small bubbles inside its body. The edges are ground and polished. The back side was sandblusted to make it non-slippery.
This bowl can be used for storing fruits, salads, cookies, or just as a decoration of your kitchen or room. The bowl is food safe, but we do not recommend using a microwave and dishwasher due to the nature of the fused glass.
