A decorative square plate "Prometheus"
When I look at this plate I think about Prometheus. As you can read in Wikipedia, "Prometheus is a culture hero and trickster figure who is credited with the creation of humanity from clay, and who defies the gods by stealing fire and giving it to humanity as civilization". You can easily see that fire in the plate. This is a result of properly chosen color combinations.
This plate was done using the original glass fusing technique 3D Chevron. Chevrons are combined from 2 non-matching sides. As a result of optical illusion chevrons look as 3D. Also that generates new color combinations which are enhanced by a combination of transparent and opaque colors.
Edges of this plate are professionally ground and polished and look straight and shiny.

This plate is food safe but we do not recommend microwave it or using a dishwasher.
