This beautiful plate for sushi is a result of the combination of hundreds small glass stringers aligned at a right angle. As a result you see a green-blue chevron squeezed by thin white and wide red stripes aligned along the length.
All these glass elements were fused together at 1500F.
The plate is food safe, but we do not recommend using a microwave or dishwasher due to the handmade nature of glass.
