This is a Mill of Happiness. It mills the happiness and distribute it among the people. Some get orange sunny day, others - cool shady place under the trees, or gentle touch of wind, or freshness of cold water. All get their happiness milled with this mill.
The plate is made of hundreds murrine I've pulled recently. Murrine are small glass cylinders with intricate internal structure. They look like flowers, stars, hearts, butterflies and cornflowers and symbolize our happiness.
The plate is food safe, but we do not recommend using a microwave and dishwasher due to the nature of the fused glass.
